How the calculator works
- VAT is calculated separately for each item and rounded to the grosz; amounts are added up in grosz.
- From a gross amount, VAT = gross × rate ÷ (100 + rate).
- Does not include limits on the right to deduct, the pro-rata ratio, imports or intra-community acquisitions.
