FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Answers to questions about documents, PIT returns with foreign income, A1 certificates and the scope of our services.

  1. Can I send documents by e-mail or by other means?

Of course. Documents can be sent to us by e-mail or via an application we provide. You can also send them by traditional mail or courier.

  2. Does your office prepare PIT returns with income earned abroad, and what data do we need to provide?

Yes, we prepare PIT-36 returns with the PIT/ZG attachment. To do this, we most often need data on gross income, the amount of tax withheld and the period of work abroad.

  3. Does your office send applications to ZUS for an A1 certificate?

Yes, we prepare and send such applications to the Social Insurance Institution via the Electronic Services Platform (ZUS-PUE). We also settle these A1 certificates after their validity period ends.

  4. By which day should documents be delivered to the office?

Our office asks for documents by the 5th day of the month, because we serve a very large number of entrepreneurs and we want to settle everyone's accounts on time. If the set of documents is not complete by the 5th, it is fine to hand over some documents by the 5th and the rest later.

  5. Does your office keep the accounts of limited liability companies?

Unfortunately, we do not keep the accounts of businesses obliged to keep full accounting books. This gives us more time to follow the regulations on sole proprietorships closely.
