What data we collect through the website, why and for how long we keep it.

2.What data we collect
Through the website we collect only the data entered in the contact form:
- full name or company name,
- e-mail address,
- phone number — if provided (optional field),
- the message and any data the sender includes in it.
3.Purpose and legal basis
We use the data from the form only to reply to the message and to contact the sender about the matter it concerns.
The legal basis is the consent given in the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). If the message concerns concluding a service agreement, the basis is also taking steps at the request of the person before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Providing data is voluntary, but without a name or company name, an e-mail address and a message we cannot reply.
4.How long we keep the data
We keep the data until the conversation with the person who wrote to us ends, and for no longer than 12 months from the last message. After that we delete it.
5.Who receives the data
We do not sell data or pass it on to other companies for marketing purposes.
Access to the data may be given only to providers of technical services needed for the form and e-mail to work — and only to the extent necessary for those services.
The form and the website run on a server of the hosting company LH.pl Sp. z o.o., pl. Wolności 6/4, 61-738 Poznań, Poland. A message from the form is sent to the office mailbox hosted by LH.pl.
Copies of messages are also delivered to the office mailbox in Gmail. The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google may process data on servers outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Google LLC states that it complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework principles and also uses standard contractual clauses for data transfers — details: policies.google.com/privacy/frameworks.
6.Your rights
Every data subject has the right to:
- access their data and receive a copy,
- rectify the data,
- have the data erased,
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- withdraw consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
7.Automated decisions
We do not make automated decisions or profile people on the basis of data from the form.
9.Changes to this policy
If the way we process data changes, we will update this page and the effective date of the policy.
